|Recommended: YesMy first time renting somewhere. — If somebody asked me what it's like living here I would say that it feels like home. It has everything you need pool, playground for the kids, take a nice walk down the street..ect. The people here are nice. It's not too loud. I really do love it here. The houses are really nice and roomy on the inside Definitely recommend
|Recommended: YesSafe and nice place to live — We lived at Heritage Hills for 2 years, and recently moved. Overall it was a great experience, really. Keep in mind you are living in a townhouse so yeah you are sharing parking and a yard, if those thing bother you, look into a house. But the staff were always welcoming and said hello. They always we're on the ball when the snow fell, or when we needed something fixed Our son went to a great school and he lived in a safe area, that's what really mattered to us. There's a few things that would make this place so much better like a few updates such as hardwood flooring, better lighting and better insulated windows. We
|Recommended: YesThe staff is always very helpful and friendly. — The rent Is fair and the staff is wonderful. The grounds are always well kept and repairs are made immediately. Its a very safe and friendly community and security is not an issue.
|Recommended: YesExcellent community to live in — The staff do an excellent job of keeping the roads and sidewalks clear in snowy icy weather. The office staff are always helpful and courteous. Been a good experience living here.
|Recommended: YesThis is the perfect place for my son and I. — The community seems very friendly and clean. Although I can hear my neighbors at times, that is not an issue compared to the nice neighborhood with plenty of things for my son and I to do without having to get in the car and travel. The playground is very nice and convenient.
|Recommended: YesComfortable — Nothing is perfect Heritage Hills comes pretty close. Donna is efficient and Allison is also efficient and personable. Complaints are minor. Walls are thin. Can hear neighbors but tolerable. Barking dogs. All go along with being in a rental. Complex is well maintained. Snow removal without issue . Units are comfortable. Difficult to regulate heat and AC with 2 floors but that is to be expected. Cold air from windows and doors increases heating bills. All in all I think this is a lovely safe community.
|Recommended: YesHeritage Hills is a great place to call home — I rely heavily on ratings for things like this, so I've waited until I've lived here for a few months before posting a review. In the office, Barb and Donna are extremely helpful and friendly They went above and beyond to get us in, and I give them 5 stars The noise isn't terrible, though you can hear your neighbors sometimes. It really isn't bad, and we generally only hear them during the day and truly not much . The cars outside can be loud driving by, but there isn't much you can do about that and the complex has no power over the cars . The grounds are kept up VERY well. No complaints. We've been here through mowing season and now snow - excellent. Maintenance is generally fairly timely. We had one issue that took a long time to be addressed, but I think it was more of a communication issue than disregard. We are still pleased. All of the maintenance crew that have been to our house have been courteous and friendly. Chris even offered his help one afternoon with our little one after he got off the bus and he wasn't already at our house, he was driving by. Amazing When you live in a large complex with other people, you are going to hear people, cars, or even dogs occasionally - that's life. You hear the same in a single dwelling. The townhouses are roomy and comfortable. The grounds are nice. There is a monthly pet rent, but it's reasonable and they don't require a deposit for your furry family. Every time we've contacted the office or Amore, it has been a positive experience. The complex is in the fabulous West Jefferson school district, and it's close to just about anything you could ask for. It's near a park and ride for transit if you work downtown. It's also situated in a residential area with nice homes. We feel safe here. I highly recommend that you check out Heritage Hills if you're looking to move to the south hills area
|Recommended: YesPerfect atmosphere, comfortable, friendly — It's a great place to live. Since moving to Heritage Hills in Feburary 2017 I have been quite pleased. Donna and Allison are always cheerful and helpful and I have recently resigned my lease for another year. When I have had any maintenance issues they have been resolved quickly and permanently. Chris, Eric and Mike are all professional in their work and demeanor. They grounds are beautiful. the seasonal themes in the landscaping are appreciated. Stephan should be commended for the tremendous effort and artistry he pours into his work. Having the pool practically outside my door couldn't be any better. Allen keeps it well maintained, clean and safe. I plan on living here for quite awhile. You're stuck with me.....
|Recommended: YesNice — A lot of space for the price. Donna in the management office is great, she is very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Not a fan of having the maintenance people coming in and out of our apartment while we are not there, especially when we only have a 24 hour notice. The patio structures are a little sketchy and wiggle if you are move quickly on them. Overall it was a nice place to live, we were there for 2.5 years and would have stayed longer if I didn't have to move for work.

|Recommended: YesWe love it here — I have told people how nice this place is. The neighbors are great. Overall great place to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat starter home — Heritage hills is a nice place to live. It is very clean and the landscaping is beautiful. My only complaint would be it is hot upstairs and the parking is not great. People never seem to park in front of their building, they park in front of other buildings making it difficult to those who really live in that building to park. So far it seems to be a friendly environment.

|Recommended: YesClean, Quiet, and Comfortable — Overall I thoroughly enjoy living at Heritage Hills. I like that it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but is still close enough that it doesn't take forever to get downtown. The apartments are located close to all the shopping and restaurants along 51 near the Century 3 mall. As for the community itself everyone I have interacted with is respectful and mostly keeps to themselves. I haven't experienced any loud, obnoxious, or nosey neighbors in my time here. The apartment itself is very comfortable. There is a small amount of cramping but I'm sure the basement options would remove that downside entirely. These are great for a couple, small family, or family without a lot of stuff. The community is pet friendly, people are constantly walking dogs and I see cats in many apartment windows. Parking is plentiful but be aware that the spots are quite thin. If there is one person that parks poorly it tends to throw off the entire row. The biggest negative for me is the quality of the windows and sliding glass door in the back. This is probably down to age but there is always condensation on the windows and a ton of cold air comes from the sliding door. This affected us greatly during the winter when the energy bill was through the roof, larger than what my friends and coworkers pay to heat an entire house. If new, energy efficient windows were put in place then the apartment would be perfect.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Reviews help us measure how we are doing. Heritage Hills is a clean, quiet, comfortable community! We are happy to hear that you enjoy living at Heritage Hills. To assure the residents and reader, we began replacing windows and sliding doors. This phased project is anticipated to take a couple years. Thank you for your patience as we work through this project.
