Great starter home submitted by BRITTANIE T. - |Recommended: YesHeritage hills is a nice place to live. It is very clean and the landscaping is beautiful. My only complaint would be it is hot upstairs and the parking is not great. People never seem to park in front of their building, they park in front of other buildings making it difficult to those who really live in that building to park. So far it seems to be a friendly environment.

Clean, Quiet, and Comfortablesubmitted by Emmitt P. - |Recommended: YesOverall I thoroughly enjoy living at Heritage Hills. I like that it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but is still close enough that it doesn't take forever to get downtown. The apartments are located close to all the shopping and restaurants along 51 near the Century 3 mall. As for the community itself everyone I have interacted with is respectful and mostly keeps to themselves. I haven't experienced any loud, obnoxious, or nosey neighbors in my time here. The apartment itself is very comfortable. There is a small amount of cramping but I'm sure the basement options would remove that downside entirely. These are great for a couple, small family, or family without a lot of stuff. The community is pet friendly, people are constantly walking dogs and I see cats in many apartment windows. Parking is plentiful but be aware that the spots are quite thin. If there is one person that parks poorly it tends to throw off the entire row. The biggest negative for me is the quality of the windows and sliding glass door in the back. This is probably down to age but there is always condensation on the windows and a ton of cold air comes from the sliding door. This affected us greatly during the winter when the energy bill was through the roof, larger than what my friends and coworkers pay to heat an entire house. If new, energy efficient windows were put in place then the apartment would be perfect.
response from property -Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Reviews help us measure how we are doing. Heritage Hills is a clean, quiet, comfortable community! We are happy to hear that you enjoy living at Heritage Hills. To assure the residents and reader, we began replacing windows and sliding doors. This phased project is anticipated to take a couple years. Thank you for your patience as we work through this project.

Nice Welcoming Communitysubmitted by Erin G. - |Recommended: YesHeritage Hills provided the best customer service for our move from one end of Pennsylvania to this end. They were very prompt answering questions for us. We did not have an opportunity to see the community before completing an application. I was convenient that the reviews the pictures on the internet showed me what I was getting. This was true, with the exception of an entire property preview, that could be done with a map. etc. All of the townhouses have 2 bedrooms one bath. You have a choice of 2 floors with or without a basement. The kitchen has space for full six washer dryer. Our high-efficiency washer did not fit here so we are renting a new washer dryer from the landlord. I was told by another resident that the rent goes up from about 10- 50 per lease signing. I would recommend signing the longest initial lease as they have a fair policy to break a lease. The maintenance crew here is great. I had two events that needed a prompt response. Done
Heritage Hills is a perfect community and so homey submitted by Stephanie R. - |Recommended: YesThe property is clean and well-maintained. The office staff is nice and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is awesome and quick to get things done. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, yet close to so much. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes it feel like home

A PLACE TO CALL HOMEsubmitted by ANONYMOUS - |Recommended: YesWe have lived at Heritage Hills for over 10 years. The area is very convenient with shopping, restaurants and things to do. The school district is one of the best. . However, the main reason we have remained at Heritage Hills is due to the Staff. The Maintenance crew has always been attentive, responsive, reliable and very adept at what they do. Maintenance along with the Office Staff is consistently professional, warm, friendly and caring. The grounds reflect the care and concern that the Landscaper invests in them. He is constantly working. He always has a warm smile and a kind word. Driving on property is such a delight. It is like a breath of fresh air. The streets are unfailingly so clean and void of debris and the flower designs are simply gorgeous. When it snows the crew is always available working so diligently to keep the roads and sidewalks clear and safe. It is truly a place we can call Home .
A great place to call homesubmitted by RICHARD P. - |Recommended: YesA great place to live that fairly close to the city. We have been living here for two years and think it is well worth the stay. All of the staff here work hard to keep up with this place, they really do If you need anything, they will be sure to get the job done, and call to ensure your problem was fixed There's just a few minor things that go along with any apartment that could use some attention such as the noice, parking etc. However, this is an town home community and that's what you get. Although there is a great backyard where we usually spend our family time, the front yard doesn't have very good walking space and isn't really a place to let the kids play ride bikes.
Maintenance did a great jobsubmitted by Mark S. - |Recommended: YesGreat value for a great price
Heritage Hills is a nice place to live submitted by Erica S. - |Recommended: YesWe enjoyed living at Heritage Hills. It has been our in-betweener home as we were actually looking to buy a home but were not too familiar with the area. The buildings are well kept up on and the office staff is helpful. The only problem we had and others also seem to have was with the air conditioning. Since they are older buildings, for some reason it is harder for the A C to cool the upstairs as well as the mid level or even the basement. Air does come out the vent in small amounts, but it does not come out full force. So if you have a night time showerer, you upstairs will be like a sauna because the only bathroom is also upstairs. But the rent is decent and there is a community pool and park
Casey is wonderful He went above and beyond for me today to make sure my air conditioning got fixed.submitted by LISA D. - |Recommended: YesSo glad I found this place coming from another state and not knowing the area. It has been a pleasure living here.
