Swimming Pool
(Limited Hours during School Days) Noon through 8 p.m. 1. Use of pool for Heritage Hills residents and their guests only. 2. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult, age 18 years or older. 3. No running, diving, or horseplay. 4. No smoking, alcoholic beverages or glass containers are permitted. 5. Use of pool is not permitted while closed, or when lifeguard is not on duty. 6. Only radios with private headphones are permitted. 7. Rafts, floats, etc. may be allowed at the lifeguard's discretion. These items may not be stored at the pool facility. 8. Children not toilet trained must wear clean diapers with rubber pants in the pool. 9. Pets are not permitted in the pool area, and cannot be tied to the pool fence. 10. Bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, etc. are prohibited in the pool area. 11. Owners are responsible for the actions of their children, guests, and tenants, and will be held liable for any damage that may occur to the pool area and furniture as a result of those parties' actions. 12. All residents must sign themselves and their guests in with the lifeguard upon entering the pool area, and show appropriate tags or passes. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. 13. Residents are required to remove all their trash and belongings when leaving the pool area. 14. Appropriate swim attire is required. Cutoff shorts are not permitted. 15. The lifeguard on duty has the right to enforce all of the above regulations. Violators will be asked leave the pool area and risk fines and loss of pool privileges. 04/01/04 |
