Dear Homeowner(s):
Each year the Association asks for requests from homeowners regarding their desire to maintain the natural shape and size of their trees and shrubs surrounding their home. The Heritage Hills Condominium Association takes pride in an ongoing exterior maintenance program to continue the pruning of trees and shrubs in our community.
-BUT-
You may be one of the homeowners in the community who enjoys the natural size and shape of trees and shrubs. If you are, please check off and return the information below. (Note: Each year this form should be returned if you want to participate in the program.)
I do not want the trees and shrubs* pruned during the _____(year) season**.
The Association will not perform this service if this form is filled out and returned by the date stated above***. Unit owners that change their minds after this service is performed will be charged to bring the service contractor back on-site.
* Calendar of service is enclosed.
** Including all foundation-planting beds along with beds connected to walkways, patios, porches or decks.
*** Homeowners that choose the natural look must prune the shrubs and trees periodically so as not to allow them to become overgrown and thus not appealing to the community. If this occurs, the Association’s landscaper will provide this service and bill the homeowner.
