Tennis Court Rules
- Courts are intended for the use of Heritage Hills residents only. Guests must be accompanied by a Heritage Hills resident.
- No one is permitted on the court unless playing tennis. No other activity, such as skateboarding, roller-skating, rollerblading, baseball, hockey, etc., will be permitted.
- Playing time is limited to one (1) hour when others are waiting.
- Children 10 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
- During prime time, persons 16 years of age and younger not accompanied by adults, must relinquish the courts to adults who wish to play. Prime time is defined as 5:00 p.m. to closing on Monday through Friday and after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and legal Holidays.
- Proper tennis attire must be worn at all times. Shirts are mandatory. Sneakers/tennis shoes are required. Other types of shoes and barefeet are not permitted. Swimwear is not permitted.
- Gate must be locked upon leaving the court. Gate keys are available from Continental Property Management and require a $5.00 deposit.
- Homeowners are responsible for the actions of their children, guests or tenants who use the courts.
- Courts are open from dawn until dusk. No one is permitted on the courts during nighttime hours.
- Any refuse, paper cups, ball cans, etc. brought on to the courts by the players, are to be removed by those persons and disposed of properly.
- Courts are not to be used when the surface of the court is wet, as such conditions are hazardous to persons running across the court surface.
