The Heritage Hills Community and its Condominium Association welcome you to its website!

Heritage Hills is a community of 260 residences located on a bluff over the Delaware River in historic Washington Crossing on the eastern edge of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Within Bucks County, Heritage Hills falls in the jurisdiction of the Upper Makefield Township. As our homepage photos and easily accessible map make clear, we are an attractive and well-screened community with excellent access to transportation and nearby amenities, providing excellent living and services for those who live here.

This website has been designed to serve two purposes:

• First, it provides general information about the Heritage Hills community to both our residents and the general public that is accessible to all.



• Second, it provides specific Association information to residents about our community and another opportunity for residents to bring matters to the attention of the Heritage Hill Condominium Association leadership.

This second purpose is achieved through a special section of the website accessible only to residents through a password controlled system managed by the Association and its Property Manager. It includes special information from the Board, the community newsletter, and other information of community interest.
